At Stitch Craft, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take great care in crafting each handmade piece, and we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items (including upholstery work and custom bag designs) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To start a return, please contact us at support@stitchcraftshop.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After that, cancellations may not be possible if work has already begun on your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
